The process of borrowing a wheelchairs is applied from December 24, 2022 for customers:
Step1: Download the app AEON MALL Vietnam
Step2: Register as a member and choose AEON MALL Ha Dong
Step3: Go to the Service section and select the wheelchairs

Note: Please present identity papers (ID card, driving license) to borrow a wheelchair and do not use it on all escalators to ensure safety in the shopping center. You can use the elevators or ask security guards for help.
