From June 6, 2023, the E-locker system of AEON MALL Ha Dong will be officially put into use. Customers can use these cabinets to store their belongings through the AEON MALL Vietnam app.

The following will be detailed instructions for you to be more convenient in using E-locker.

Step 1: Download and register for AEONMALL Vietnam account

Download the AEONMALL Vietnam app on the App Store or CH Play and select “AEON MALL Ha Dong” to register an account.

Step 2: Select “Smart locker”

Select the service “Smart locker” to continue

Step 3: Go to “Set the cabinet”

Drawers will have dimensions: 310 mm x 410 mm. After confirming the order of the cabinet, the QR code to use the cabinet will be on the screen interface

Step 4: Select “Start using”

At the main screen of the smart locker, select “Get Started”

Step 5: Scan the QR code with the camera on the cabinet

You need to scan the QR code to open the corresponding cabinet door so you can send your items. Make sure you close the drawer before you leave.

Step 6: Return the cabinet

When you want to return the locker, repeat steps 4 and 5 to open the locker and retrieve your items.

Note:

• After returning the locker, the QR code will be disabled and cannot be used for the next time. If you want to continue using it, please repeat the steps from the beginning.
• The maximum time to use the cabinet is until 22:00 on the same day. Please ensure that you return the cabinet before this limited time. If the time is over, please go to the Information Counter for instructions.
• If you already have an account at the AEONMALL Vietnam app but the ‘Smart Locker’ feature, please update to the latest version at the AppStore or CH Play.
• Please do not leave money or valuables in the e-Locker
• Do not leave pets in the e-Locker
• The cabinet does not have a food preservation function. Please consider before using.
• Do not leave banned objects, banned substances, prohibited transactions according to the provisions of current Vietnamese Law
