At the information counter, AEONMALL Ha Dong provides baby carts for kids for free in order to ensure parents’ comfort when visiting and shopping with their children.
The process of borrowing baby carts is applied from December 24, 2022 for customers:
Step1: Download the app AEON MALL Vietnam
Step2: Register as a member and choose AEON MALL Ha Dong
Step3: Go to the Service section and select the baby carts

Also, we offer small trolleys with the suitable size for kids to carry with them easily while go shopping with their parents in our mall.
Note: Please present identity papers (ID card, driving license) to borrow a baby cart or small trolley and do not use them on all escalators to ensure safety in the shopping center. You can use the elevators or ask security guard for help.
