With the influence of Western culture, bread gradually became a familiar part of Japanese cuisine, alongside traditional rice and noodle dishes. Today, small bakeries can be found everywhere in Japan, from lively streets to quiet, peaceful corners.
Founded in September 2019, Mama’s Bakery was established by a Japanese founder with over 15 years of experience in the F&B industry in Vietnam, with a simple wish to bring Japanese bread closer to everyday life. Beginning as a small bakery tucked away in an alley at 535 Kim Ma, Mama’s Bakery offers a warm, welcoming space filled with soft golden light and the comforting aroma of freshly baked bread each day. Here, signature Japanese-style breads such as shokupan, chiffon cake, burnt cheesecake, and cream puffs are carefully crafted using selected ingredients and the dedication of skilled bakers.
